چکیده
Treating and utilizing vegetable residues may reduce waste improve rhizosphere soil. This study explored the effects of tomato plant residue compost growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on physicochemical properties microbial community ginger field Four treatment procedures were adopted: no or PGPR (CK), (TC), + Bacillus subtilis (TC-BS), +Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 (TC-BA). The results showed that compared with CK, TC significantly increased soil organic matter, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium by 17.34%, 21.66%, 19.56%, 37.20%, respectively. Soil urease activity, neutral phosphatase sucrase activity 55.89%, 35.59%, 57.21%, Chloroflexi, Gemmatimonadetes, abundances 1.40%, 1.80%, 0.68%, respectively, while Firmicutes decreased 0.80%. TC-BS improved bacterial diversity than CK TC, relative abundance Beneficial Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, microorganisms dominated. Principal coordinate analysis revealed significant differences in structure among different treatments. Redundancy indicated total (p = 0.002), pH 0.0012), phosphorus 0.016) as main composition driving factors. In conclusion, B. inoculation supplemented enhanced diversity, altered structure, enriched beneficial microorganisms, promoted a healthy rhizosphere.

A Combination of Biochar–Mineral Complexes and Compost Improves Soil Bacterial Processes, Soil Quality, and Plant Properties
Organic farming avoids the use of synthetic fertilizers and promises food production with minimal environmental impact, however this farming practice does not often result in the same productivity as conventional farming. In recent years, biochar has received increasing attention as an agricultural amendment and by coating it with minerals to form biochar-mineral complex (BMC) carbon retention ...
